As the CEO and Founder Heven leads a dynamic boutique recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with the regions most prestigious companies. With a career spanning global brands and industries, Heven has built a reputation for strategic leadership, talent acquisition expertise and operational excellence.
Before founding Heven Hanna Group, Heven held key roles at internationally renowned organizations, including Mercedes-Benz Australia, where she provided C-suite/ HR Support and L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand, where she played a pivotal role in HR & Operations, with a strong focus on recruitment for the luxury division. This diverse experience has shaped Heven’s deep understanding of the corporate landscape and the talent strategies that drive success.
Western-educated, Heven holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from an esteemed Australian university. Her vision for Heven Hanna Group is to redefine recruitment by offering a tailored, high-touch approach that ensures the perfect synergy between clients and candidates.
With a multifaceted career spanning recruitment, digital marketing, operations, and business strategy, Nina Pajevic brings a commercially grounded and people-first approach to talent acquisition. Her background blends agency recruitment, startup growth and digital consulting, allowing her to align hiring decisions with broader business objectives.
Nina began her career in Melbourne with Found Digital, where she supported high-growth brands through digital strategy and talent alignment, before relocating to Dubai to join Henharen Reid at inception, playing a foundational role in building the agency from the ground up and establishing its presence in the regional market.
Having recruited across executive support, commercial, and operational functions, Nina is known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality placements rooted in long-term fit. This breadth of experience underpins her commitment to practical, results-driven recruitment solutions that support sustainable business growth.
